Make Your School Awesome Staff

May 9, 2022

May has finally arrived and it marks the point in the school year when teachers can finally feel that the end of the school year is in sight! If you are a building principal or a designated leader within your school's sunshine committee it is important to understand that teachers' tanks are approaching empty. May is an exciting time as we reflect on and celebrate many important milestones within our educational community. It is also key to understand that many standardized tests will occur within this month so it is essential not to overload your teachers and paraprofessionals with additional work or draining after-school activities.

Happy teachers are productive teachers! When staff members in your school have a fun and pleasurable work experience, it leads to a contagious and optimistic mindset for everyone in the building!
